Special Orders

Special Order items are products that we do not keep in stock. We order these items in as required directly from the appropriate supplier. Examples of Special Order items are Genuine Products from Ferrari, Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche.   You can order these products online or in-store.  

Delivery lead time for Special Order products is dependent upon their availability. Expect your special order to be delivered within the following time frames: 

 

Ordered from Auckland supplier	2-5 working days
Ordered directly from Germany	2-3 Months
Genuine items	6-15 working days
Licenced products	6-15 working days

 

We can provide an approximate delivery time frame on any items if requested.  

Should a product be discontinued or become unavailable after placing the order, you will be informed and fully refunded.
