All our deliveries require a signature unless you provide other instructions.  

Larger items which require truck freight may take longer if you are further away from our warehouse in Auckland.  Delivery times can be affected by factors like road closures and ferry cancellations (for South Island deliveries).

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size/weight of the order and travel distance. Our prices include insurance cover for the items you’ve ordered. This means that, in the unfortunate event of damage or loss you can rest assured that a hassle-free refund or replacement will be arranged.

We offer a seven-day refund policy in relation to returned Goods. Special Order Parts are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrectly Supplied Items

Unfortunately, everyone makes mistakes. If you receive an incorrectly supplied item, please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange to collect the incorrect item and replace it with the correct one asap. Please ensure that the incorrect item is returned in its original condition and packaging and is unused.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item, please let us know immediately so we can remedy it. If this is a part/accessory for your car, your car will need to visit our workshop so that we can properly diagnose the fault and then process accordingly. If this is merchandise, the situation may differ. In either case, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged products

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Often times this will be due to a shipping issue as we inspect all our products before shipping, and package them accordingly.
