The warranty period for our products differs depending upon the item. Vehicle accessories and mechanical parts carry a two-year warranty, while merchandise items carry a one-year warranty. These items are sold in retail outlets which are not associated with the vehicle manufacturer. These items typically vary from country to country, both in cost and design.
Genuine merchandise is generally stocked at an Auckland warehouse. Items in stock at the Auckland warehouse will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Items shipped into NZ from overseas will take roughly three months as these items come via sea freight. We can provide an approximate delivery time frame on any items if requested.
If you purchased products from us online, we will arrange for collection of your incorrectly supplied, damaged or faulty goods. We will cover the return cost for incorrectly supplied items. For damaged or faulty items, you will pay the initial cost of return. This will be refunded to you once we are able to confirm the item fault.
