What is the difference between Genuine and Licenced Merchandise? 

Genuine refers to products that are designed and manufactured in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer specifications. These are available from any Franchise Dealer worldwide. 

Licenced refers to products that are designed and manufactured with special permission from the vehicle manufacturer. These items are sold at retail outlets which are not associated with the vehicle manufacturer. Items typically vary from country to country, both in cost and design.
